Paso Robles Wines Offer Quality and Value (video)

I’ve posted to the “general blog” a piece on Paso Robles California the third most prolific of California’s AVAs and one of my favorites for its unpretentiousness and quality value wines.

Sharing this info on one of my favorite California Wine regions. Generally recognized as the third ranked (by volume) producing (AVA) wine region in California. Paso Robles (pronounced “Paceo” Robles> by the natives – vice the more common “Passo” Robles like non-natives call it.

Paso Robles is located in San Luis Obisbo (SLO) County, halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Paso Robles includes 26,000 acres of vineyards and its micro climates stretch east-to-west across an area just east of the coastal mountain ranges to the warmer eastern portions almost to the western foothills of the San Joaquin Valley, producing 40 varietals but best known for its Zinfandel and other Rhone varietals…
