Saint Patrick’s Day is special in the heart of the Irish and those of honorary Irish descent. And so it is at Eagles Nest’s Irish-Italian Villa. This day is often celebrated with corned beef and cabbage and green beer.
I haven’t heard of anyone serving green wine but I suppose there is always a first time. Several wineries on the east coast are pairing Irish food with wine, but none has threatened to bring our the green food coloring for the wine!.
We have the Cottage/Villa dressed in holiday green and have a St. Patty’s wreath on the entry gate to welcome our guests to Eagles Nest!!!
